Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Upstream Initiative LLC and the products we build and operate, including Partner Punch List, growAware, and Upstream Approach. Each product collects only what it needs to provide its features, described in more detail within the product itself where relevant.

What We Collect

Account information (the email address and password you sign up with, or provider info if you sign in another way), and the content you create within a product, project details, notes, tasks, entries, or similar, depending on the product. That's the complete list, nothing beyond what's needed for the features you actually use.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data, to anyone, ever. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We don't run analytics or tracking scripts beyond what's needed to operate our products. We don't show ads.

Where Your Data Lives

Your data is stored with Supabase or Appwrite, depending on the product, our database and storage providers. Access is restricted through database-level security rules, not just app-level checks.

Payment Data

For paid products, checkout and billing are handled entirely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card details, Paddle handles that directly.

How Long We Keep It

Your data stays until you delete it yourself, or until you request account deletion. If you remove content, it's actually deleted, not just hidden.

Your Rights

Export: where a product supports it, you can download a copy of your data from that product's settings.

Deletion: you can request your account and associated data be deleted by emailing upstreaminitiative@outlook.com, or from within the product's settings where that option exists.

Children's Privacy

Our products aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 outside of a parent or guardian setting up an account and adding a young family member under their own oversight.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, where practical, let active users know.
